"The Toast Derivation" is the 17th episode of the fourth season of the US sitcom ''The Big Bang Theory'' and the 80th episode of the show overall. It first aired on CBS on February 24, 2011. A cameo role, also called a cameo appearance and often shortened to just cameo (), is a brief appearance of a well-known person in a work of the performing arts.
