Michael Dumontier (born 1974) is a contemporary artist who lives and works in Winnipeg. His work has been exhibited internationally including in New York City, Boston, and Padova, Italy. Marcel Dzama
Marcel Dzama (born May 4, 1974) is a contemporary artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada who currently lives and works in New York City. His work has been exhibited internationally, in particular his ink and watercolor drawings. Education Dzama received his BFA from the University of Manitoba in 1997. Work Dzama works extensively in sculpture, painting, collage, and film. The artist is also known for his intricate dioramas and large scale polyptychs that draw from his talents across a range of media. Dzama works in multiple disciplines to bring his cast of human figures, animals, and imaginary hybrids to life, and has developed an international reputation and following for his art that depicts fanciful, anachronistic worlds. Neil Farber
Neil Farber (born 1975) is a Canadian contemporary artist who lives and works in Winnipeg. His work has been exhibited internationally including in London, Copenhagen, Düsseldorf and New York City. He is known in particular his ink and watercolor drawings. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Manitoba and was a member, along with Marcel Dzama and others of The Royal Art Lodge. His work is also in the Museum of Modern Art and others. Farber was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Jon Pylypchuk
Jon Pylypchuk (born 1972) is a Canadian painter and sculptor, living and working in Los Angeles. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Pylypchuk studied in 1996 at the Yale University Summer School of Music and Art, New Haven, earned a BFA with Honors in 1997 at the University of Manitoba, and an MFA in 2001 at the University of California, Los Angeles. His work includes sculptures, paintings and drawings, and he has presented his art under the pseudonym Rudy Bust. He was a member of the artist collective known as The Royal Art Lodge (1996–2008) founded by Michael Dumontier, Adrian Williams, Neil Farber, Marcel Dzama, and Drue Langlois, though Pylypchuk was only active in 1996 through 1998.
