The Related Group is a privately-owned, real estate development company based in Miami, Florida with projects and/or offices in Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Texas, Arizona, Las Vegas, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Panama. The company founder is Jorge M. Pérez. History The Related Group was launched in 1979 as a builder of affordable housing. Pérez teamed up with New York developer Stephen Ross in 1979 to start the company, and over the following decades, expanded to developing mixed-use luxury condominiums, hotels, commercial spaces and rental apartment buildings incorporating extensive amenities and museum quality art into sophisticated living and working environments. 50 Biscayne is a fifty-seven story skyscraper condo in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the Biscayne Bay. The tower is tall and contains upscale commercial space at street level, such as Safi and D'Oro Caffe. The tower's main lobby consists of three stories, followed by the ''Park Suites'', which are condos customly furnished by the Rockwell Group, on floors 4 through 9. The Icon Brickell complex is an urban development center in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on the south side of the Miami River in Downtown's northern Brickell Financial District. The complex consists of three skyscrapers and the Icon Brickell Plaza, connecting the towers at their base. The first two towers, the Icon Brickell North Tower and Icon Brickell South Tower, are twin buildings. Each one is tall with 58 floors.
