The Nude Party
The Nude Party is a seven-piece American band originating from North Carolina, that consists of Austin Brose, Alec Castillo, Shaun Couture, Patton Magee, Don Merrill, Conor Mikita and Jon “Catfish” Delorme. Formed at Appalachian State University in 2012, the band have released three full-length albums, ''The Nude Party'' in 2018, ''Midnight Manor'' in 2020, and ''Rides On'' in 2023 in addition to ''Hot Tub EP'' in 2016. History Formation and early career The band came together in the freshman dormitories of North Carolina's Appalachian State University in 2012. Patton Magee and Austin Brose linked up with childhood friends Connor Mikita and Alec Castillo, before being joined by step brothers Shaun Couture & Zachary Merrill. At the end of their freshman year, the group of friends moved into a lake house outside of town and began learning their respective instruments to jam on rudimentary riffs and their favorite garage rock songs. The Best Kept Secret festival is a three-day music festival held inside the Safaripark Beekse Bergen, within the village of Hilvarenbeek, south of the Netherlands, since 2013. All Points East is an annual music festival held over two weekends in London's Victoria Park, run by AEG Presents. The 10-day event comprises one festival weekend, four days of free entry and community activities known as "In the Neighbourhood" and finally three standalone headline shows in their APE Presents series. The Great Escape was a music festival held at Newington Armory, located within Sydney Olympic Park that took place in 2006 and 2007. Initially held over the Easter long weekend for the first two events, in 2008 it was announced the festival would take place on the Labour Day weekend, however the event was cancelled 2 months from the date due to poor ticket sale It evolved from the 2005 Cockatoo island festival, Cockatoo Island Music Festival.
