Lovebird
Lovebird is the common name for the genus ''Agapornis'', a small group of parrots in the Old World parrot family Psittaculidae. Of the nine species in the genus, all are native to the African continent, with the grey-headed lovebird being native to the African island of Madagascar. Social and affectionate, the name comes from the parrots' strong, monogamous pair bonding and the long periods which paired birds spend sitting together. Lovebirds live in small flocks and eat fruit, vegetables, grasses, and seeds. Black-winged lovebirds also eat insects and figs, and black-collared lovebirds have a special dietary requirement for native figs, making them difficult to keep in captivity. Some species are kept as pets, and several coloured mutations have been selectively bred in aviculture. The average lifespan is 20 to 30 years. Description Lovebirds are in length, up to 24 cm in wingspan with 9 cm for a single wing and in weight. They are among the smallest parrots, char ...

Audit In Progress
''Audit in Progress'' is the third studio album by the San Diego, California, rock band Hot Snakes, released in 2004 by Swami Records. It was recorded in a similar manner to the band's previous two albums, with guitarist John Reis taking time off from his main band Rocket From the Crypt. In comparison to the band's previous albums, ''Audit in Progress'' is more aggressive and primal. ''Audit in Progress'' would be Hot Snakes' final studio album until 2018's ''Jericho Sirens'', as the members decided to disband following a tour of Australia in Spring 2005 (though '' Thunder Down Under'', a live-in-the-studio album recorded during the tour, was released posthumously in 2006). Artwork As a visual artist and illustrator singer/guitarist Rick Froberg provided the album's artwork, while Reis released the album through his Swami Records label. It was the first Hot Snakes release to feature drummer Mario Rubalcaba, brought in to fill the position left vacant by original drummer Jaso ...

The Dodgy Album
''The Dodgy Album'' is the debut album by the British indie group Dodgy. ''Water Under the Bridge'', the first single released from this album, saw the beginning of "the way of dodgy", a step-by-step enlightened 'dodgy' philosophy that would appear on the record sleeves for each of their future recordings. The artwork also included their 'mdv' logo. The single was released in early 1993, and the video for the song featured the band in Amsterdam. The second single was ''Lovebirds'', a song that had won them an award on Gary Crowley's GLR show during the band's youth. Included on the single was the acoustic live favourite ''Big Brown Moon''. Continuing their new shiny artwork on singles, Dodgy released ''I Need Another'', the cover of which depicted the band as garden gnomes and included a campfire version of ''Never Again'', complete with the sound of crackling logs. Drummer Mathew Priest has described the album retrospectively as an "awkward cousin" to the two that foll ...
