The Living Room (TV Series)
''The Living Room'' was an Australian lifestyle program. The show was hosted by Amanda Keller with co-presenters Barry Du Bois, Chris Brown, and Miguel Maestre. The program began airing on Network Ten on 11 May 2012. The show was aired at 7:30 pm every Friday on Network Ten. The show was a quadruple award-winner of the Logie Award for Most Popular Lifestyle Program in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. On 30 November 2019, the program was temporarily axed by Network Ten after 8 seasons, due to cost-cutting measures; however a Christmas special aired on 20 December 2019. On 7 March 2020, it was announced that ''The Living Room'', now produced in-house by Network Ten Studios, had been renewed and it returned on 3 July 2020. Lifestyle is the interests, opinions, behaviours, and behavioural orientations of an individual, group, or culture. The term was introduced by Austrian psychologist Alfred Adler in his 1929 book, ''The Case of Miss R.'', with the meaning of "a person's basic character as established early in childhood". The broader sense of lifestyle as a "way or style of living" has been documented since 1961. Lifestyle is a combination of determining intangible or tangible factors. Tangible factors relate specifically to demographic variables, i.e. an individual's demographic profile, whereas intangible factors concern the psychological aspects of an individual such as personal values, preferences, and outlooks. A rural environment has different lifestyles compared to an urban metropolis. Location is important even within an urban scope. ''Family Feud'' was an Australian game show based on the American show of the same name. It aired on Network Ten from 14 July 2014 until 22 July 2018 and in August 2020 for a special 10-episode series. The show was hosted by Grant Denyer. Grant Craig Denyer (born 12 September 1977) is an Australian television and radio presenter and motor racing driver, who has worked for several television networks, including Seven Network and Network 10, mostly serving as a presenter.
