The Greatest Generation (album)
''The Greatest Generation'' is the fourth studio album by American Rock music, rock band The Wonder Years (band), the Wonder Years. The album was produced by Steve Evetts, who also produced their previous album, ''Suburbia I've Given You All and Now I'm Nothing''. Background On January 13, 2013, Campbell posted that the group had finished pre-production. On February 12, the band announced they had finished recording. In the teaser video the band talked about the recording and writing process of the album. They wrote the album in a small apartment above an abandoned sandwich shop. In the teaser, "Soupy" Campbell called it a third piece in a trilogy about growing up. He also stated the album was about the end of the war he had within himself fighting depression and anxiety. The title is taken from the term coined by Tom Brokaw about how the generation that fought in World War II was 'the greatest generation'. The Wonder Years is an American pop punk band from Lansdale, Pennsylvania, that formed in July 2005. The band currently consists of Dan "Soupy" Campbell (lead vocals), Casey Cavaliere (lead guitar, backing vocals), Matt Brasch (guitar, vocals), Josh Martin (bass, vocals), Nick Steinborn (keyboards, guitar, backing vocals) and Mike Kennedy (drums, percussion). Misser
Misser was an American emo band formed in Walnut Creek, California. The band's lineup consisted of Tim Landers (ex-Transit (band), Transit) on guitar and vocals and Brad Wiseman (ex-This Time Next Year (band), This Time Next Year) performing vocals. Since their formation in 2010, the band has released three EPs and one full-length album. The band has toured with bands such as Transit, Diamond Youth, The Wonder Years (band), The Wonder Years, Hostage Calm, and Fireworks (punk band), Fireworks. Defeater is an American melodic hardcore band from Massachusetts, formed in 2004 within the Boston hardcore scene. To date they have released five full-length albums, two EPs and three singles. The band lineup consists of Derek Archambault (vocals), Jake Woodruff (guitar), Joe Longobardi (Drum kit, drums) and Mike Poulin (Bass guitar, bass). Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America. Following the first Warped Tour, the skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans became the tour’s main sponsor, when it then became known as the Vans Warped Tour. A Day to Remember (often abbreviated ADTR, and previously known as End of an Era) is an American rock band from Ocala, Florida, founded in 2003 by guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs. They are known for their amalgamation of metalcore and pop punk. The band currently consists of vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, rhythm guitarist Neil Westfall, percussionist/drummer Alex Shelnutt and lead guitarist Kevin Skaff. Signing with Indianola Records for their first album, ''And Their Name Was Treason'' (2005), Scruggs was replaced by Shelnutt in 2006.
