''The Glee Project'' is an American reality television series from Oxygen. It served as an audition for the Fox musical comedy series '' Glee'', and the prize for the winner was a minimum seven-episode arc in the following season of the show. The show's first season premiered in the US on June 12, 2011, and concluded on August 21, 2011. In Canada, the series began airing on Slice on June 26, 2011, and in the UK, the series began airing on Sky 1 on July 14, 2011. A second season aired in the US from June 5 to August 14, 2012. Ryan Patrick Murphy (born November 9, 1965) is an American television writer, director, and producer. Sky One
Sky One was a British pay television channel operated and owned by Sky Group (a division of Comcast). Originally launched on 26 April 1982 as Satellite Television, it was Europe's first satellite and non- terrestrial channel. "Heart" (stylized as "♥" in Fox's video preview materials) is the thirteenth episode of the third season of the American musical television series '' Glee'', and the fifty-seventh overall. Written by Ali Adler and directed by co-creator Brad Falchuk, the episode aired on Fox in the United States on February 14, 2012, and features Valentine's Day love songs performed by the McKinley High glee club. "Pot o' Gold" is the fourth episode of the third season of the American musical television series '' Glee'', and the forty-eighth overall. It was written by Ali Adler, directed by Adam Shankman, and was first broadcast on Fox in the United States on November 1, 2011. The episode featured the arrival of Irish foreign exchange student Rory Flanagan ('' Glee Project'' prizewinner Damian McGinty) at McKinley High, a new challenger to Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) in her congressional race, and the ongoing fragmentation of the show's central glee club, New Directions. The episode as a whole received mixed reviews from reviewers. Rory Flanagan
Rory Flanagan is a recurring fictional character from the Fox musical comedy-drama series '' Glee''. The character is portrayed by actor Damian McGinty, and appeared in ''Glee'' starting with its third season episode " Pot o' Gold", first broadcast on November 1, 2011. Alex Newell
Alex Eugene Newell (born August 20, 1992) is an American actor and singer. They are known for their role as Unique Adams on the Fox musical series '' Glee'' and Mo on '' Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist''. Newell also starred as Asaka in the Broadway revival of '' Once on This Island'' at the Circle in the Square Theater in 2018.
