Mark Allen Webber (born July 19, 1980) is an American actor, screenwriter, and director known for his roles in the films '' Snow Day'', ''Weapons'', ''The Laramie Project'', and '' Scott Pilgrim vs. the World''. Early life Webber was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he spent the first nine years of his life.
