The Deep Blue
''The Deep Blue'' is the second studio album by English musician Charlotte Hatherley, released on 5 March 2007 under Hatherley's own label Little Sister Records. She left Ash in January 2006; she visited Australia, where she stayed for two months, and wrote 17 new songs. After contacting Eric Drew Feldman, recording sessions were held at The Red House Studio in Senigallia, Italy, and Miloco Studios in London, with Feldman, Rob Ellis and Hatherley acting as producers. Described as a post-punk and power pop album, ''The Deep Blue'' saw Hatherley's guitarwork being sidestepped, allowing more of an emphasis on other instruments, such as bass, strings, and piano. ''The Deep Blue'' received mixed reviews from critics, some seeing it as an improvement on her debut, while others felt the songs lacked potential. Echoes (Pink Floyd Song)
"Echoes" is a song by the rock band Pink Floyd, and the sixth and last track on their 1971 album ''Meddle''. It is 23 and a half minutes long and takes up the entire second side of the original LP. The track evolved from a variety of different musical themes and ideas, including instrumental passages and studio effects, resulting in the side-long piece. The music was written by the group, while Roger Waters' lyrics addressed themes of human communication and empathy, which he returned to in later work. The song was performed live regularly by Pink Floyd from 1971 to 1975, including a performance in the film ''Live at Pompeii'' (1972). It was used for the opening shows on the 1987 A Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour but subsequently dropped. Josh Adam Klinghoffer (born October 3, 1979) is an American musician best known for being the guitarist for the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers from 2009 to 2019, with whom he recorded two studio albums, '' I'm with You'' (2011) and '' The Getaway'' (2016), and the b-sides compilation, ''I'm Beside You'' (2013). Klinghoffer took the place of his friend and frequent collaborator John Frusciante in 2009, after a period as a touring member. Osymyso (real name Mark Nicholson) is a musician and DJ from the United Kingdom who specialises in the genres of mashup / bastard pop and breakbeat. He has been making music since 1994 and released his first album, '' Welcome to the Pailindrome'', in 1999. Songs which he has created include "Pat n Peg", which turns an argument between two EastEnders characters into a track through the looping of the shouts ''You bitch!'' and ''You cow!'' and the addition of a hip hop beat, and "Intro-Inspection". In a 2002 front page survey of the genre, ''The New York Times'' remarked on "Intro-Inspection" and called Osymyso "one of the most popular bootleg artists".
