''The Blessing'' is the third live album by Kari Jobe. The album was released on October 23, 2020, via Sparrow Records. The album features guest appearances by Cody Carnes. The album was produced by Cody Carnes, Austin Davis, Henry Seeley, Jacob Sooter, and McKendree Tucker. The album was supported by the release of its title track as the lead single. The song peaked at No. 2 on the Hot Christian Songs, and has been certified gold by Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album was also supported by the release of six promotional singles. To further promote the album, Jobe embarked on The Blessing USA Tour. The album garnered mixed reviews from critics. It achieved commercial success, debuting at No. 3 on ''Billboard's'' Top Christian Albums Chart in the United States, and No. 7 on the OCC's Official Christian & Gospel Albums Chart in the United Kingdom. Kari Brooke Jobe (born April 6, 1981) is an American contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter. Since her first album in 2009, she has received two Grammy Award nominations and ten Dove Award nominations, six of which she won. Biography Kari Jobe was born in 1981, in Waco, Texas, to parents Mark and Caroline "Sandy" (née Bragg) Jobe. She was raised in Watauga and Hurst, Texas, both suburbs of Fort Worth. The 52nd Annual GMA Dove Awards presentation ceremony was held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the Allen Arena located in Nashville, Tennessee. Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles (also known as Bubbling Under the Hot 100) is a chart published weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine in the United States. The Digital Songs or Digital Song Sales chart (previously named Hot Digital Songs) ranks the best-selling digital songs in the United States, as compiled by Nielsen SoundScan and published by ''Billboard'' magazine. Although it originally started tracking song sales the week of October 30, 2004, it officially debuted in the issue dated January 22, 2005, and merged all versions of a song sold from digital music distributors. Kristian Paul Stanfill (born April 9, 1983) is an American Christian music singer, songwriter and worship leader from Atlanta, Georgia.
