The Big Leap
''The Big Leap'' is an American musical comedy-drama television series created by Liz Heldens, based on the British reality miniseries ''Big Ballet'', which aired on Fox during the 2021–22 television season. In March 2022, the series was canceled after one season. Premise ''The Big Leap'' is a drama which revolved around a group of diverse, down-on-their-luck characters attempting to change their lives by participating in a potentially life-ruining reality dance show competition. Charles Randolph-Wright is an American film, television, and theatre director, television producer, screenwriter, and playwright. Early life A native of York, South Carolina, Randolph-Wright graduated with honors from York High School. He attended Duke University where he received the A.B. Gail Mancuso (born July 14, 1958) is an American film and television director. Early life and career Mancuso grew up in Melrose Park, Illinois. She is married to Brian Downs, a doctor, and divides her time between her homes in Valencia, California and River Forest, Illinois.
