The Beginning (Brooklyn Bounce Album)
Brooklyn Bounce is one of several pseudonyms used by German producers Matthias Menck (Double M) and Dennis Bohn (Bonebreaker). They have also produced music under the names Mental Madness Productions and Beatbox feat. Rael. Menck and Bohn have created remixes of a wide array of artists, including Scooter and Kool & the Gang. Career Menck and Bohn, both natives to Hamburg, met in 1995. The pair had their first chart hit starring as Boyz R Us with the single "Singin' in My Mind". In 1996 the duo debuted as Brooklyn Bounce and released "The Theme (of Progressive Attack)" which scaled the German dance charts as a club favourite before becoming a crossover hit for the group as well. This success set up the band's debut album, ''The Beginning''. Menck and Bohn work solely in the studio and are not part of the Brooklyn Bounce live act. Nicholas Agamalis, better known as Nick Skitz (born 1968 in Sydney, Australia of Greek descent), is an Australian DJ and dance music producer. His career in dance music started in the early 1990s. Since 1995, his ''Skitzmix'' series of compilations have become well known in Australian dance circles for featuring remixes and megamixes of well-known dance songs and are the best selling DJ compilations in Australia. Biography Skitz began working for dance label Pro-DJ International in the early 1990s. Once Pro-DJ folded, he became involved with the dance label Central Station Records, and began remixing tracks for the label's Australian and international artists. "Crazy" is a song written by the English singer Seal (musician), Seal and British songwriter Guy Sigsworth. It was produced by Trevor Horn for Seal's debut album, ''Seal (1991 album), Seal'' (1991) and became his first commercial hit. It reached the top five in the United Kingdom, while becoming his first top ten single in the United States.
