Ten Ways From Sunday
Ten Ways (formerly Ten Ways from Sunday) is a Canadian progressive rock band formed in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia in 2001, and based in nearby Coquitlam. The band was selected as one of five British Columbian bands to perform on CBC Television's Great Canadian Music Dream event in January 2003. Their song "You've Been Around" was featured in EA Sports' video game ''NHL 2004'' and was selected for CFOX's 2003 ''Vancouver Seeds'' compilation. The band has independently released two EPs, ''What I Wanted'' (produced by Tom Baker, 2003) and ''Ten Ways from Sunday'' (produced by Devin Townsend, 2005). Port Coquitlam
Port Coquitlam ( ) is a city in British Columbia, Canada. Located east of Vancouver, it is on the north bank of the confluence of the Fraser River and the Pitt River. Coquitlam borders it on the north, the Coquitlam River borders it on the west, and the city of Pitt Meadows lies across the Pitt River from it. NHL 2004
''NHL 2004'', developed by the EA Black Box studios, is an ice hockey video game. It is the successor to ''NHL 2003''. The game adds three European Elite Leagues: Germany's Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL), Sweden's Elitserien (SEL), and Finland's SM-liiga. Features The game included many improvements to its gameplay (more realistic puck and rebound control and better checking) and game modes (a completely reworked franchise mode renamed "Dynasty"). In addition to the gameplay improvements, one particular non-gameplay improvement was added. When a team wins the Stanley Cup Finals, a large-scale celebration ensues. It included players skating around the ice holding the Cup over their heads. This then led to the common snapshot of the team and the coaches that holds true in the NHL. Devin Townsend
Devin Garrett Townsend (born May 5, 1972) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. He founded extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad and was its primary songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist from 1994 to 2007. He has also had an extensive solo career and has released a total of 28 albums across all of his projects as of 2022. After performing in a number of heavy metal bands in high school, Townsend was discovered in 1993 by a record label who asked him to perform lead vocals on Steve Vai's album ''Sex & Religion''.
