Team Sydney
Tekno Autosports was an Australian motor racing team, established in the 1990s initially for the motor racing activities of Stephen Webb, and later his son Jonathon Webb. The team competes in the Supercars Championship using two Holden ZB Commodores built by Triple Eight Race Engineering. Fabian Coulthard and Garry Jacobson are the team's current drivers. At the end of 2021, the Supercars team was sold to Peter Xiberras and rebranded PremiAir Racing. In 2016, the team won both the Bathurst 12 Hour and Bathurst 1000. Jonathon Webb
Jonathon Webb (born 10 December 1983) is an Australian former professional racing driver and team owner of Team Sydney, who once co-drove alongside Fabian Coulthard in the No. 19 Holden ZB Commodore for the Pirtek Enduro Cup. In 2016, Webb and Will Davison won Australia's most prestigious motor race, the Bathurst 1000. The Ford Falcon (BA) is a full-sized car produced by Ford Australia from 2002 to 2005. It was the second significantly re-engineered iteration of the sixth generation of the Falcon, and also included the Ford Fairmont (BA)—the luxury-oriented version. Richard Lyons (racing Driver)
Richard Lyons (born 8 August 1979) is a British motor racing driver that competed in the Japanese Super GT series. Junior Formula Born in Hillsborough, County Down, Lyons started in Formula Vauxhall Junior in Britain winning the Winter Series in 1996, before finishing the regular championship sixth in 1997 and second in 1998. He then moved to Formula Palmer Audi, finishing second in the 1999 Championship. He drove in Formula Renault 2000 with not much success. 2010 Sydney Telstra 500
The 2010 Sydney 500 (commercially titled 2010 Sydney Telstra 500) was the fourteenth and final event of the 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series and the second running of the Sydney 500. It was held on the weekend of the December 3 to 5 on the Homebush Street Circuit in Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, New South Wales. The Sydney Telstra 500 comprised the 25th and 26th races of the season. The race format followed the same as the Adelaide 500, with a 250 kilometre race each day. The Phillip Island 500 was an annual motor racing event, last held for Supercars at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit in Phillip Island, Victoria. The race had three distinct eras; from 1971 to 1977 as an endurance production and later Australian Touring Car Championship race, from 2008 to 2011 as an endurance race as part of V8 Supercars and from 2017 to 2018 as a Supercars Championship event consisting of two 250 km races. David Russell (born 4 January 1982) is an Australian racing driver. Russell has competed in the Repco Supercars Championship intermittently since 2003 and is now an endurance co-driver in the Pirtek Enduro Cup with Erebus Motorsport in a Holden Commodore (ZB), alongside Brodie Kostecki. Dick Johnson Racing (formerly DJR Team Penske), is Australia's oldest motor racing team competing in the Supercars Championship. The team currently fields the #11 and #17 Ford Mustang GTs for Anton de Pasquale and Will Davison respectively. Founded by Dick Johnson, the team's drivers have won ten Australian Touring Car Championship titles (five of them by Johnson himself) and the team has taken four victories in Australia's premier race, the Bathurst 1000. Tasman Motorsport was a V8 Supercar racing team. It was formed in 2004 out of what was Lansvale Racing Team V8 Supercar team and was associated with Greg Murphy Racing as a satellite operation. Tasman Motorsport entered the series in 2004, with a single Holden VX Commodore which was driven by Jason Richards. At the Queensland Raceway round they introduced a VY Commodore and then entered the VX as car #43 for Fabian Coulthard for the Oran Park Raceway round. 2005 saw the team upgrade to a two car operation and move to a new factory near Melbourne, from their previous site in Sydney.
