The Tour de Korea is an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in South Korea since 2000 as part of the UCI Asia Tour. James Lewis Perry (born 19 November 1979 in Cape Town) is a South African former professional road bicycle racing, road cyclist. Perry has previously ridden for the UCI Professional Continental team Barloworld (cycling team), Barloworld until the team's demise. In 2001 he won a bronze medal at the World Under 23 Time Trial Championship. He has been a professional since 2002.
