Team LMP Motorsport
Team LMP Motorsport is a French auto racing team founded in 2010 by Guillaume Lecluse and Yves Migeon. Backed by Lompech Motor Sport, LMP Motorsport has campaigned Aston Martins since its foundation, expanded from initial involvement in the French FFSA GT Championship (now GT Tour) in 2010 to the international FIA GT3 European Championship in 2011 and the FIA GT1 World Championship series in 2012. LMP Motorsport operates in the GT1 World Championship with Russian backing under the title of Valmon Racing Team Russia. FIA GT1 World Championship
The FIA GT1 World Championship was a world championship sports car racing series, developed by the SRO Group and regulated by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), that was held from 2010 to 2012. It featured multiple grand tourer race cars—based on production road cars and conforming with the GT1 (2010–2011) and GT3 (2012) regulations—that competed in one-hour races on multiple continents. All cars were performance balanced, with weight and restrictor adjustments, to artificially equalise their performance. Championships were awarded each season for drivers and teams. The 2012 FIA GT3 European Championship was the seventh and final season of the FIA GT3 European Championship. The season commenced on 8 April at Nogaro and ended on 23 September at the Nürburgring. Andreas "Andi" Zuber (born 9 October 1983 in Judenburg, Austria) is a motor racing driver. An Austrian by birth, he is based in Dubai and once raced under a licence issued by the United Arab Emirates. Maxime Martin (born 20 March 1986) is a Belgian professional racing driver and son of four-time Spa 24 Hours winner Jean-Michel Martin. He currently is an Aston Martin Racing driver for which he competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship between 2018 and 2020. Dijon-Prenois is a motor racing circuit located in Prenois, near Dijon, France. The undulating track is noted for its fast, sweeping bends. Opened in 1972, Dijon-Prenois hosted the Formula One French Grand Prix five times, and the Swiss Grand Prix in 1982. The non-championship 1975 Swiss Grand Prix was also held at Dijon.
