Tayyar Hain
Tayyar Hain (; ) was the official anthem of the 2020 Pakistan Super League, the fifth season of the Pakistan Super League. It has been written by Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan (Xulfi), and sung by Ali Azmat, Haroon, Asim Azhar and Arif Lohar. It was released on 28 January by HBL Pakistan in collaboration with Pepsi Pakistan. Background The anthem was officially announced a day before its release. It was stated in the press release that the song will show the celebration of nation because Pakistan is ready to host all the matches of the league for the first time. Xulfi commented, "The anthem, through its unifying melody, celebrates this very victory that's taken years to evolve to reach this point." He said that when he was approached for the song, the concept striked was "Tayyar Hain", and then they wrote the lyrics to define the readiness. Ali Azmat
Ali Azmat Butt (born 20 April 1970) is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, musician and actor. He is best known as the lead singer for the influential Sufi Rock band Junoon and for his subsequent solo career. In 2001, he became part of the first Pakistani band (Junoon) ever to perform at the United Nations General Assembly. Early life Ali Azmat was born in Havelian, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where his grandfather was posted as station master of Havelian Railway Station, while he grew up in Garhi Shahu, Lahore, into a family of ethnic Kashmiri descent and speaks Punjabi as his native language. Shaheen Shah Afridi (Urdu, Pashto: ; born 6 April 2000) is a Pakistani professional cricketer who plays as a fast bowler for the Pakistan national cricket team.
