Taurean Blacque
Taurean Blacque (born Herbert Middleton Jr.; May 10, 1940 – July 21, 2022) was an American television and stage actor, best known for his role as Detective Neal Washington on the series ''Hill Street Blues''. He stated that he chose the name "Taurean" because his astrological sign was Taurus (astrology), Taurus. He was at one time a national spokesman for adoption, adoptive services.S. Michael Conrad (October 16, 1925November 22, 1983) was an American actor perhaps best known for his portrayal of veteran cop Sgt. Phil Esterhaus on ''Hill Street Blues'', in which he ended the introductory roll call to each week's show with "Let's be careful out there". He won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for ''Hill Street Blues'' in 1981 and 1982. Life and career Conrad served in the United States Army during World War II. Conrad had a long acting career in television from the 1950s to the 1980s. In 1962 he appeared in the television series ''Car 54, Where Are You?'' in an uncredited part as a construction worker. ''House Calls'' is a 1978 American comedy-drama film starring Walter Matthau and Glenda Jackson, directed by Howard Zieff. Plot Charles Nichols is a respected doctor. He is also a new widower, and as soon as he returns to Los Angeles from a tropical vacation and period of mourning, he finds himself propositioned by a number of women. The hospital where Charley works is ineptly run by Dr. Amos Willoughby, a senile chief of staff. Yolanda Denise King (November 17, 1955 – May 15, 2007) was an African-American activist, actress and first-born child of civil rights leaders Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King.
