Tatyana Alekseyeva
Tatyana Petrovna Alekseyeva (russian: Татьяна Петровна Алексеева; born 7 October 1963) is a former 400 metres sprint (running), sprinter from Novosibirsk, Russia. Her personal best result was 49.98. She retired from international competition after 1998. A three-time individual Russian national champion, she won 400 m silver medals at the IAAF World Indoor Championships and European Athletics Indoor Championships. With the Russian 4 × 400 metres relay team, she set an indoor world record to win gold at the 1997 IAAF World Indoor Championships and set the List of Russian records in athletics, Russian record of 3:18.38 as silver medallist at the 1993 World Championships in Athletics. Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. World records in athletics are ratified by World Athletics. Athletics records comprise the best performances in the sports of track and field, road running and racewalking. Records are kept for all events contested at the Olympic Games and some others. Unofficial records for some other events are kept by track and field statisticians. The only non-metric track distance for which official records are kept is the mile run. Criteria The criteria which must be satisfied for ratification of a world record are defined by World Athletics in Part III of the Competition Rules. Irina Anatolyevna Privalova (russian: Ирина Анатольевна Привалова; on 22 November 1968) is a Russian Olympic gold medallist athlete. Her Summer Olympics debut was in 1992 in the sprint events, where she won two medals— a bronze in the 100 m and running the anchor leg in the 4x100 team, a silver — and came fourth in the 200, representing the Unified Team. With three European individual championships and three individual world medals, Irina Privalova had been a formidable competitor during most of the 1990s (see #Sprints) but had not yet won an outdoor international event gold medal (as an individual athlete, she had won relay gold in 1993). A margarita is a cocktail consisting of Tequila, triple sec, and lime juice often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The drink is served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up). The drink is generally served in a stepped-diameter variant of a cocktail glass or champagne coupe called a margarita glass. Angella ("Sandie") Richards (born 6 November 1968 in Clarendon Park) is a Jamaican track and field athlete. She was a bronze medalist in the 4x400 m relay at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. Yelena Andreyeva (russian: Елена Андреева; born 9 May 1969) is a Russian former track and field sprinter who specialised in the 400 metres. Her personal best for the distance was 51.30 seconds, set in 1994. She was a one-time Russian champion and took relay silver medals with Russia at the 1995 World Championships in Athletics and 1994 European Athletics Championships. Marina Shmonina
Marina Shmonina (born 9 February 1965) is an athlete who represented the Soviet Union, and later Russia. She specialized in the 400 metres and 4 x 400 metres relay. Born in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR, Shmonina competed for the Unified Team at the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the heats of the relay competition. When the team of Yelena Ruzina, Lyudmila Dzhigalova, Olga Nazarova and Olha Bryzhina, Olga Bryzgina won the final, Shmonina was also awarded the gold medal. Shmonina was hailed in Uzbekistan as the first Uzbek athlete to win an Olympic gold medal.
