David (Tatu) Nissinen (22 August 1883 - 2 February 1966) was a Finland, Finnish agronomist and politician, born in Maaninka. Maaninka
Maaninka ( sv, Maaninka, also ) is a former municipality in the region of Northern Savonia, in Finland. It was merged with the city of Kuopio on 1 January 2015. The municipality had a population of 3,747 (30 November 2014) and it covered an area of of which was water. The population density was . The municipality is mostly rugged forestland. The tallest waterfall in Finland, at high, is located in Maaninka. The site, called Korkeakoski, has been a tourist site since the 19th century. The municipality was unilingually Finnish. The Parliament of Finland ( ; ) is the unicameral and supreme legislature of Finland, founded on 9 May 1906. The National Progressive Party ( fi, Kansallinen Edistyspuolue; sv, Framstegspartiet) was a liberal political party in Finland from 1918 to 1951.
