Task Force X (Justice League Unlimited Episode)
''Justice League Unlimited'' is an American superhero animated television series that was produced by Warner Bros. Animation and aired on Cartoon Network. Featuring a wide array of superheroes from the DC Comics universe, and specifically based on the Justice League superhero team, it is a direct sequel to the previous ''Justice League'' animated series. ''Justice League Unlimited'' debuted on July 31, 2004, on Toonami and ended on May 13, 2006. It was also the final series set in the long-running DC animated universe, which started with '' Batman: The Animated Series'' in 1992. Jewish Task Force
Victor Vancier (born December 25, 1956), commonly referred to by his Hebrew name, Chaim Ben Pesach ( he, חיים בן פסח) is an American political activist and the founder and director of the United States-based Kahanist organization, Jewish Task Force (JTF) and the former National Chairman of the Jewish Defense League (JDL) in the United States. In 1987, he was convicted on charges related to a series of terrorist bombings conducted during his time with the JDL to protest Soviet treatment of Jews. He served over five years in federal prison for his involvement in 18 bombings in New York and Washington. Activities and imprisonment Pesach was the National Chairman of the Jewish Defense League, but resigned in December 1978 after he went to jail for bombing Egyptian targets in an effort to stop the Israeli withdrawal from the Sinai Peninsula. Internet Research Task Force
The Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) is an organization, overseen by the Internet Architecture Board, that focuses on longer-term research issues related to the Internet. A parallel organization, the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), focuses on the shorter term issues of engineering and standards making. The IRTF promotes research of importance to the evolution of the Internet by creating focused, long-term research groups working on topics related to Internet protocols, applications, architecture and technology. Internet Engineering Task Force
The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is a standards organization for the Internet and is responsible for the technical standards that make up the Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP). It has no formal membership roster or requirements and all its participants are volunteers. Their work is usually funded by employers or other sponsors. The IETF was initially supported by the federal government of the United States but since 1993 has operated under the auspices of the Internet Society, an international non-profit organization. ''Task Force 1942: Surface Naval Action in the South Pacific'' is an MS-DOS video game released by MPS Labs (MicroProse) in 1992. The game is a surface naval simulation which allows the player to operate single ships or a task force made up of ships, from the United States Navy (USN), Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN), or the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) in the South Pacific during WWII. It was designed to run under PC DOS or MS-DOS, version 5.0 or higher. The specific historical setting was the series of ferocious naval engagements fought around the largest island in the Solomon Islands chain, Guadalcanal, in 1942. ''Act of War: Direct Action'' is a real-time strategy game developed by Eugen Systems and published by Atari. The game was released in March 2005 and features a detailed story written by Dale Brown, a retired captain of the US Air Force and a bestselling author. An expansion pack called '' Act of War: High Treason'' was released in March 2006 in Europe and Australia. The original game and expansion were later released as ''Act of War: Gold Edition'', on 28 September 2007 in Europe. In September 2015 Eugen Systems released ''Act of Aggression'' which is considered a spiritual successor to ''Act of War''. Gameplay The game includes a combination of pre-rendered cut-scenes and over an hour of live action film. Live action was shot in Montreal, Quebec, Canada during the summer of 2004.
