Taruwar Kohli
Taruwar Sushil Kohli (born 17 December 1988) is an Indian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast bowler. He has scored two triple-centuries in first-class cricket. Early life and education Kohli was born on 17 December 1988 in Jalandhar, Punjab to Sushil Kohli and Meenu Kohli. His father, Sushil Kohli was a professional swimmer and a water polo player. Career Kohli made his debut for Punjab Under-17s in the Vijay Merchant Trophy competition of 2005/06, making five appearances in the competition, and scoring 85 * on his debut in a drawn three-day match. Kohli's good form continued throughout the tournament, as he top-scored with 110 in the penultimate match. Kohli was a member of the Indian u-19 Team, which became world cup winners in 2008. Punjab Kings (PBKS) are a franchise cricket team based in Mohali, Punjab, that plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy
The 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 17th season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, a List A cricket tournament in India. Karnataka were the defending champions. It was contested by 37 domestic cricket teams of India, starting on 19 September 2018, ahead of the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy. In April 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) reinstated Bihar for the competition, bringing the total teams to 29. In July 2018, the BCCI increased the total number of teams to 37, with the addition of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkim and Uttarakhand. The Mizoram cricket team is a cricket team that represents the state of Mizoram in Indian domestic competitions. In July 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) named the team as one of the nine new sides that would compete in domestic tournaments for the 2018–19 season, including the Ranji Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy. However, the Telangana Cricket Association questioned the decision to include the team in the Ranji Trophy, stating that there should be qualification criteria to allow a team to compete.
