Tarmo Neemelo
Tarmo Neemelo (born 10 February 1982) is an Estonian retired professional footballer who last played as a forward for Meistriliiga club Paide Linnameeskond. Neemelo was the top goalscorer in the 2005 Meistriliiga with 41 goals, and won the Estonian Silverball award in 2006. Club career Early career Neemelo started playing football with Lelle. He then spent several years playing for various reserve and feeder teams affiliated with Flora. TVMK In 2004, he signed for Meistriliiga club TVMK. In the 2005 season, he won his first Meistriliiga title, scoring a league record 41 goals, which put him in 12th place in the European Golden Shoe. Helsingborg In 2006, he signed for Swedish Allsvenskan club Helsingborgs IF, to potentially partner fellow striker Henrik Larsson. Superettan
Superettan (; meaning the super first (division)) is an association football league and the second highest league in the league system of Swedish men's football. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Allsvenskan and Division 1. Seasons run from April to October, with teams playing 30 matches each, totalling 240 matches in the season. The league was created in 2000. The second tier of Swedish football had previously consisted of a varying number of regionalized leagues operating under the Division 2 (1924–1986) and Division 1 (1987–1999) names. Henrik Larsson
Edward Henrik Larsson (born 20 September 1971) is a Swedish professional football coach and former player, formerly an assistant manager of Barcelona. Playing as a striker, Larsson began his career with Högaborgs BK. In 1992, he moved to Helsingborg IF where in his first season his partnership up front with Mats Magnusson helped the club win promotion to Allsvenskan after 24 seasons in the lower tiers. The European Golden Shoe, also known as European Golden Boot, is an award that is presented each season to the leading goalscorer in league matches from the top division of a European national league. The trophy is a sculpture of a football boot. FC Flora, commonly known as Flora Tallinn, or simply as Flora, is a professional football club based in Tallinn, Estonia, that competes in the Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football. 2005 Meistriliiga
2005 Meistriliiga was the 15th season of the Meistriliiga, Estonia's premier football league. TVMK won their first title. Season overview FC TVMK's first title-winning Meistriliiga campaign came in some style with strikers Tarmo Neemelo and Ingemar Teever scoring most of the goals and veteran midfielder Andrei Borissov leading the team from midfield. Narva Trans finished in bronze-medal position after years of being fourth in the final table, while FC Flora have been busy rebuilding their squad and therefore not too upset by a disappointing fourth position finish. Meistriliiga
Meistriliiga (, known as the A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons) is the highest division of the Estonian Football Association annual football (soccer), football championship. The league was founded in 1992, and was initially semi-professional with amateur clubs allowed to compete. With the help of solidarity mechanisms, the league is fully professional since the 2020 Meistriliiga, 2020 season. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Meistriliiga consists of ten clubs, all teams play each other four times. After each season the bottom team is relegated and the second last team plays a two-legged play-off for a place in the Meistriliiga. In February 2013, A.
