Tarja-Tuulikki Tarsala (4 September 1937–9 May 2007) was a Finnish film actress. She was the wife of the director Ere Kokkonen. Tarsala was awarded the in 1998. Ere Kokkonen
Erkki Olavi "Ere" Kokkonen (7 July 1938 – 16 October 2008), born in Savonlinna, was a Finnish film director and screenwriter. He worked closely with Spede Pasanen all the way from the 1960s until Spede's death, as a director, writer and also an actor. Kokkonen's feature film debut was ''Millipilleri'' (1966), co-directed with Spede Pasanen and Jukka Virtanen. In later decades, when Turhapuro films were made less frequently, Kokkonen scripted and directed the ''Vääpeli Körmy'' series of films His career as a director also includes filming of Arto Paasilinna's books, including ''The Ten Graters'' and ''A Charming Mass Suicide''. Kokkonen worked for both YLE and MTV3, where he served as entertainment director from 1974 to 1984. Kokkonen was the founder of the Comedy Theater Arena in 1995. ''Uuno Turhapuro – This Is My Life'' is a 2004 Finnish comedy film, made as a tribute to Spede Pasanen. It is the twentieth and last installment in the Uuno Turhapuro film series. Plot Uuno disguises as an old man and infiltrates a nursing home for rich old people, where his father-in-law also lives. The ever-hungry Uuno is seduced by the table groaning with food, but as it happens, he never manages to be there at dinnertime. Meanwhile, Sörsselssön enters Uuno for a TV competition named ''This Is My Life'', where contestants tell about their life as viewers vote them either to continue or out of the show. The nursing home elderly watch on TV as Uuno tells the show's host his life story. The film is based on Arto Paasilinna's 1990 novel of the same name, telling story about two men, who both have tried to commit a suicide, deciding to found a "Let's do it together"-suicide association to help the self-destructive people to succeed in their goal.
