Tamar Station
Tamar () is a station on MTR's proposed North Island line (NIL) on the north shore of Hong Kong Island. It will be located on the former site of HMS ''Tamar'' on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Tamar station will be the eastern terminus of the and the western terminus of the . It will also act as a transfer station between the two lines. According to a 2014 study, it was suggested to start construction of the station in 2021 and open it in 2026. Geographically, the MTR station is located to the south, while Tamar Park is located to the north. The station would sit at the foot of the Central Government Complex, directly under Tamar Park. Tamar Park () is an urban park in Admiralty, Hong Kong covering around with the design concept of 'perpetual green'. The park occupies 80% of the Tamar site public space and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong government. North Point () is a station on the Hong Kong MTR and the western terminus of the , located in North Point on Hong Kong Island. The livery of the station is tomato orange. Admiralty is the eastern extension of the central business district (adjacent to, but separate from, Central) on the Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong.
