Taipei Municipal Neihu Senior High School (NHSH; , Tongyong Pinyin: taibei shihli neihu gaojhong, Hanyu Pinyin: taibei shili neihu gaozhong, Wade–Giles: tai2bei3 shih4li4 nei4hu2 gao1chong1) is a public 3-year high school in Taipei City, Taiwan, Republic of China. Introduction Neihu Senior High School is the first senior high school established after Taipei City was converted into a special municipality under the direct jurisdiction of the central government. Campus construction began in July 1986. The school was completely established on August 1, 1988 and enrolled the first 18 classes of freshmen. The campus is located near the foot of lush hills, surrounded by crystal-clear lakes, and adorned with green and white schoolhouses. High School

Neihu District
Neihu District is a district of Taipei City, Taiwan. Neihu means "inner lake." The older name originates from the Ketagalan word ''Tayour'' (transliterated by the Dutch as ''Cattajo''), meaning woman's head ornament. Many mountainous roads and paths, which are ideal for hiking, connect Neihu with the neighboring Shilin District and Yangmingshan National Park. The Tri-Service General Hospital, which is a teaching hospital of the National Defense Medical Center, is also in Neihu. The Wuchih Mountain Military Cemetery borders Neihu. Wenhu Line
The Wenhu or Brown line (code BR) is a metro line in Taipei operated by Taipei Metro, named after the districts it connects: Wenshan and Neihu. It is an automated medium-capacity rubber-tyred metro line and is long, serving a total of 24 stations located in 7 districts in Taipei, of which 22 are elevated and 2 underground. As of April 2022, the line transports an average of approximately 140,000 passengers daily. The Wenshan section began revenue service on 28 March 1996, as the Muzha line. Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), branded as Metro Taipei, is a rapid transit system serving the areas of Taipei and New Taipei City, New Taipei in Taiwan, operated by the State-owned enterprise, government-owned Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, which also operates the Maokong Gondola. Taipei Basin
The Taipei Basin () is a geographic region in northern Taiwan. It is the largest basin in Taiwan. The basin is bounded by the Yangmingshan to the north, the Linkou Plateau to the west, and the Ridge of Xueshan Range to the southeast. The shape of the basin is close to a triangle. The three vertices are Nangang, Huilong of Xinzhuang, and Guandu of Beitou. The main rivers in the Taipei Basin include the Tamsui, Keelung, Dahan and Xindian. In the prehistoric era, the Taipei Basin was home to Ketagalan tribes. Han Chinese did not settle in the region until the 18th century. The educational system in Taiwan is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education. The system produces pupils with some of the highest test scores in the world, especially in mathematics and science.
