Tabor Hall ( sl, Dvorana Tabor) is a multi-purpose sports venue in Maribor, Slovenia. Completed in 1984, it has a capacity for 3,261 spectators. The complex consists of two halls; the main hall for basketball, volleyball, handball and mass events, and the smaller hall, which is mostly used for table tennis and bowling, and also has a fitness centre. Maribor
Maribor ( , , , ; also known by other #Name, historical names) is the second-largest city in Slovenia and the largest city of the traditional region of Styria (Slovenia), Lower Styria. It is also the seat of the City Municipality of Maribor, the seat of the Drava Statistical Region, Drava statistical region and the Eastern Slovenia region. Železničarski košarkarski klub Maribor, commonly referred to as ŽKK Maribor or simply ŽKK, was a basketball team based in Maribor, Slovenia. The club was founded in 1946 and was dissolved after the 2005–06 season due to financial difficulties. History The club was founded in 1946 as a basketball section of SŠD Železničar. It won its first Slovenian title in 1949 and renamed as ŽKK Maribor in 1954. Odbojkarski klub Nova KBM Branik ( en, Nova KBM Branik Volleyball Club), commonly referred to as OK Nova KBM Branik or simply Branik, is a professional women's volleyball team based in Maribor. Športno društvo Brezje Maribor or simply ŠD Brezje was a futsal club from Maribor, Slovenia. They won the Slovenian Futsal League two times, in 2016 and 2017. History ŠD Brezje was founded in 2011, when the club started competing in the Slovenian second division. In their second season, the team was promoted to the top tier Slovenian Futsal League.
