TV Patrol World
''TV Patrol'' is a Philippine television newscast produced by ABS-CBN News. It premiered on March 2, 1987, at the former ABS-CBN television network, replacing ''Balita Ngayon''. ''TV Patrol'' is the flagship national newscast of the network and is the longest-running Filipino language evening newscast. The newscast is anchored by Bernadette Sembrano, Henry Omaga-Diaz and Karen Davila. Previous anchors include Noli de Castro, Korina Sanchez, Ted Failon, Mel Tiangco, and Julius Babao. The program formerly aired on ABS-CBN until May 5, 2020, when the network was forced to cease and desist its broadcasting operations by orders of the National Telecommunications Commission after its legislative franchise expired on May 4. Kapamilya Channel
Kapamilya Channel (stylized as Kapamilya channel) is a 24-hour Philippine pay television network formerly known as ABS-CBN Corporation, a company under Lopez Holdings Corporation owned by the López family. The network is headquartered at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Quezon City where it started broadcasting on June 13, 2020, at 5:30 a.m. with ''Kapamilya Daily Mass'' as its first program also marking its parent company's 74th anniversary. A separate high definition 1080i resolution channel began broadcasting the same day. Julius Babao
Julius Caesar Concepcion Babao (; born July 15, 1968) is a Filipino broadcast journalist, radio commentator and former talk show host for the Philippine television stations ABS-CBN & TV5. He is most notable for anchoring ''TV Patrol'' from April 21, 2003 to November 5, 2010, ''Bandila'' from November 8, 2010 to March 17, 2020, and ''Frontline Pilipinas'' since February 7, 2022. Career Babao started out his career as a production assistant in GMA Network's DZBB-AM in 1990. Mario Teodoro Failon Etong (; born March 29, 1962), popularly known as Ted Failon, is a multi-awarded Filipino broadcast journalist both on radio and television. He also served as a representative of the 1st district of Leyte from 2001 to 2004. A broadcast journalist previously for ABS-CBN, he previously presented news for ''Radyo Patrol Balita Alas-Siyete'' alongside Noli de Castro, and on his own program ''Failon Ngayon sa DZMM''.
