Televiziunea Română (), more commonly referred to as TVR , is the short name for Societatea Română de Televiziune ("Romanian Television Society"; SRTV), the Romanian public television. It operates six channels: TVR1, TVR2, TVR3, TVR Info, TVR Cultural, TVRi, and TVR Moldova along with six regional studios in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Timișoara, Craiova and Târgu Mureș. It was the second niche channel launched by the public TV broadcaster, after TVR Cultural, and the third news television channel in Romania behind Realitatea TV and Antena 3. At its launch, the channel aired utility info, such as traffic and airport weather. Every hour it broadcast news (politic, international, sports, weather), in a Euronews-like format (no presenters, just image and sound). TVRI (, Television of the Republic of Indonesia), legally ( Public Broadcasting Institution Television of the Republic of Indonesia) is a public television network and the oldest television network in Indonesia.
