TEOCO is a privately held telecom software vendor based in Fairfax, Virginia, in the United States. History TEOCO was founded in 1995 and is based in Fairfax, Virginia. The company's name is an acronym derived from 'The Employee Owned Company.' It has grown through acquisition, which has enabled it to add new solutions to its portfolio, as well as new customers and territories. In October 2009, TA Associates completed a $60 Million minority investment in TEOCO. In 2014 it employed 1,300 people and had revenues of approximately $175 million.
