Tyler Miller (basketball)
Tyler Austin Miller (born March 12, 1993) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club D.C. United. Miller grew up in Woodbury, New Jersey and attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. Youth and college career Miller was raised in Woodbury, New Jersey, and played for a youth team based in Pittsgrove Township as well as Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. He spent his entire college career at Northwestern University in Illinois and made a total of 77 appearances for the Wildcats. Miller finished with 36 career shutouts, setting a new school record. He majored in communications and minored in English while at Northwestern University and worked for MLS club Chicago Fire as an intern. Miller also trained with the team during his internship. The United States men's national soccer team (USMNT) represents the United States in men's international soccer competitions. The team is controlled by the United States Soccer Federation and is a member of FIFA and CONCACAF. Stefan Frei (born 20 April 1986) is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Seattle Sounders FC. Born in Switzerland, Frei moved with his family to the United States as a teenager. He has spent his entire professional career playing in Major League Soccer. Youth and college Frei moved from Switzerland to the United States with his parents and brother in the late 1990s at the age of 15. He attended De La Salle High School in Concord, California. He played college soccer at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2008, he was named to the All-Pac-10 first team and the NSCAA Far West All-Region team, and was also named to Top Drawer Soccer's Team of the Season. The 2015 MLS SuperDraft was the sixteenth SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. The SuperDraft is held each year in conjunction with the annual National Soccer Coaches Association of America convention.
