Tyler Buchner
Tyler Buchner (born November 7, 2002) is an American football quarterback for the Alabama Crimson Tide. He previously played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. High school career Buchner attended The Bishop's School in La Jolla, California before transferring to Helix High School in La Mesa, California for his senior year. He did not play football his senior year in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a junior in 2019, Buchner passed for 4,474 yards with 53 passing touchdowns and 1,610 rushing yards and 28 rushing touchdowns. He committed to the University of Notre Dame to play college football over offers from Alabama, TCU, Georgia, USC, and Michigan, among others. College career Buchner spent his first year at Notre Dame in 2021 as a backup to Jack Coan. The Marshall Thundering Herd football team is an intercollegiate varsity sports program of Marshall University. Andrew Pyne (born December 5, 2000) is an American football quarterback for the Arizona State Sun Devils. He previously played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Early life high school career Pyne was born on December 5, 2000, in New Canaan, Connecticut. He attended and played high school football for New Canaan High School in New Canaan. Jack Coan (born December 8, 1998) is an American football quarterback for the San Antonio Brahmas of the XFL. He played college football for Wisconsin and Notre Dame. High school and college career Born in Sayville, New York, Coan went to Sayville High School, and in 2017 he decided to commit to the University of Wisconsin to play football. After three seasons Coan was finally the starter for Wisconsin, before suffering an injury that sidelined him for the whole of the 2020 season.
