Ty-Coreous Jordan (November 21, 2001December 25, 2020) was an American college football player who was a running back for the Utah Utes in the Pac-12 Conference. He earned second-team all-conference honors and was named the Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year in 2020. High school career As a junior at West Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas, Jordan rushed for 1,236 yards and 16 touchdowns. In his senior year in 2019, he ran for 453 yards on 77 carries and had 41 receptions for 378 yards and scored a combined 11 touchdowns (7 rushing, 4 receiving). Jordan was also on the school's track and field team, running a personal-best 10.52 in the 100-meter dash as a junior. Jason Linden Kaufusi (born February 27, 1979) is an American college football coach and former player who is the Run game coordinator and defensive line coach for the Washington Huskies. He played as a defensive end for the Utah Utes. Early life Kaufusi was born on February 27, 1979, to Petelo and Eveline Kaufusi, both Tongan immigrants who came to the United States in 1972. He played high school football at East High School in Salt Lake City, where his team won the Utah 4A state title in 1996, when Kaufusi was a senior. Kaufusi played defensive end and tight end for East High; in his senior season, he caught 17 passes for 327 yards as a tight end and recorded 16 sacks as a defensive end. 1995 Utah Utes Football Team
The 1995 Utah Utes football team represented the University of Utah as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) during the 1995 NCAA Division I-A football season. In their sixth season under head coach Ron McBride, the Utes compiled an overall record of 7–4 record with a mark of 6–2 against conference opponents, sharing the WAC title with Air Force, BYU, and Colorado State. Utah outscored its opponents 296 to 230. The Utes were not invited to bowl game, after playing in the postseason each of the three previous seasons. All four of Utah losses were at home; the Utes were perfect 4–0 on the road. The team played home games at Robert Rice Stadium in Salt Lake City. Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala (; born March 4, 1977) is an American former professional football player who was a fullback for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL).
