''Twisted Tales'' is an Australian television anthology and mystery drama which screened on the Nine Network from December 1996 to January 1998. Each episode was narrated by Bryan Brown, who also produced the follow-up series, ''Two Twisted'', in 2006. Each episode of the series contains a twist ending. In film and television, drama is a category or genre of narrative fiction (or semi-fiction) intended to be more serious than humorous in tone. Dierdre Claire Smart (born 9 July 1966) is an Australian actress, model, singer, dancer and painter. After giving up on being a dancer, she rose to prominence portraying Lucinda Croft in the popular soap opera ''Home and Away'' from 1991 to 1992. Jonathan Hardy
Jonathan Hardy (20 September 1940 – 30 July 2012) was a New Zealand-Australian film and television actor, writer and director, he worked also in Australia. Early career Hardy was born in New Zealand in Wellington and began his training at the New Zealand Players' Drama School. He traveled to Britain where he studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and was a gold medal student. This brought interest from the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre where he secured contracts. John Walton (1952 – 17 July 2014) was an Australian actor of stage, television, and film, best known for his roles in television soap operas''The Young Doctors'' and ''The Sullivans.''
