''Twist the Truth'' is the fourth album by Norwegian musician Lene Marlin. It was released on 30 March 2009. "Here We Are" was released as the first single from the album. Marlin began work on the album with Even "Magnet" Johansen in late spring 2008. In July 2008, several Norwegian webpages announced that she was in the studio recording her fourth album. According to an article in Dagbladet ''Dagbladet'' (lit.: ''The Daily Magazine'') is one of Norway's largest newspapers and is published in the tabloid format. Lene Marlin (born Lene Marlin Pedersen; 17 August 1980) is a Norwegian musician, singer, and songwriter. Biography ''Playing My Game'' (1998–2002) Marlin was born in Tromsø, Norway. She made her Norwegian recording debut on 12 October 1998, with the single " Unforgivable Sinner", a number one hit for eight weeks. Magnet is the pseudonym of Norwegian singer-songwriter Even Johansen (born 7 June 1970). To date, he has released five full-length studio albums as well as several singles and EPs. Johansen draws upon many influences, including folk, pop, and electronica.
