Guignol
Guignol () is the main character in a French puppet show which has come to bear his name. It represents the workers in the silk industry of France. Although often thought of as children's entertainment, Guignol's sharp wit and linguistic verve have always been appreciated by adults as well, as shown by the motto of a prominent Lyon troupe: "Guignol amuses children… and witty adults." History Laurent Mourguet, Guignol's creator, was born into a family of modest silk weavers on 3 March 1769. The certificate of his marriage to Jeanne Esterle in 1788 shows he was unable to read. When hard times fell on the silk trade during the French Revolution, he became a peddler and, in 1797, started to practice dentistry, which in those days was simply the pulling of teeth. The service was free; the money was made from the medicines sold afterward to ease the pain. To attract patients, he started setting up a puppet show in front of his dentist's chair. Mourguet's first shows featured Polichin ...

Patchouli Knowledge
This is a list of the characters that belong to the ''Touhou Project'', a series of ''danmaku'' and fighting video games by ZUN from Team Shanghai Alice. Most ''Touhou'' characters reside in a fictional realm called Gensokyo (, 'Land of Illusions'), where humans and ''yōkai'' coexist. The characters in the ''Touhou'' ''Project'' have unique abilities, and many of them are based on Japanese folklore and religion. All characters, except for the two main protagonists Reimu and Marisa, are listed by the first game of their appearance. Real-time Strategy
Real-time strategy (RTS) is a Video game genre, subgenre of strategy video games that do not progress incrementally in turn-based game, turns, but allow all players to play simultaneously, in "real time". By contrast, in Turn-based strategy, turn-based strategy (TBS) games, players take turns to play. The term "real-time strategy" was coined by Brett Sperry to market ''Dune II'' in the early 1990s. In a real-time strategy game, each participant positions structures and maneuvers multiple units under their indirect control to secure areas of the map and/or destroy their opponents' assets. In a typical RTS game, it is possible to create additional units and structures, generally limited by a requirement to Resource management (gaming), expend accumulated resources. These resources are in turn garnered by controlling special points on the map and/or possessing certain types of units and structures devoted to this purpose. More specifically, the typical game in the RTS genre features ...

Higurashi Daybreak
is a Japanese dōjin third-person shooter developed by Twilight Frontier, first released on August 13, 2006 and is based on the popular visual novel '' Higurashi no Naku Koro ni''. The game is Twilight Frontier's first attempt in making a 3D game. 07th Expansion, the creators of the original franchise, assisted in making the game — most notably, Ryukishi07, the writer of the original game, provided the script for ''Higurashi Daybreak''. Also, this game uses the same voice cast as the drama CD of ''Higurashi no Naku Koro ni''. In the title, the "Bu" is made red (), a practice similar to the original material. In Japan, the game is also called ''Hidebu'', by taking the initials of the game (which, coincidentally, is homonymous to a well-known phrase in '' Fist of the North Star'', where the nonsensical phrase is uttered by a fat grunt before he explodes). ''Hirukowashi-hen'' of ''Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei'', released on December 31, 2006, is a novelization of this game. ...
