Twenty 4 Seven is a Dutch Eurodance group formed in 1989 by Dutch producer Ruud van Rijen. The project is best known in Europe for the hit singles " I Can't Stand It", "Are You Dreaming?", " Slave to the Music", " Is It Love" and " Take Me Away." History 1989-1990: Original lineup Twenty 4 Seven was formed in 1989 by Dutch producer Ruud van Rijen in Valkenswaard,The Netherlands. In the beginning stages, the project consisted of Dutch singer Nancy "Nance" Coolen and Dutch rapper Ricardo Overman (MC Fixxit). The single " I Can't Stand It" was released early in 1989 featuring vocals from Coolen and Overman. After having internal disputes with van Rijen, Overman left the team shortly after the release of the debut single. In response to Overman's departure from the act, Harrison was asked to become the new front man and rapper of the project. "Is It Love" is a song by Dutch Eurodance group Twenty 4 Seven, released in November 1993, as the fourth single from their second studio album, ''Slave to the Music (Twenty 4 Seven album), Slave To The Music'' (1993). It was the first up-tempo song written by Ruud van Rijen and scored success on the charts in Europe, peaking at number five in Germany. "Take Me Away" is a 1994 song recorded by Dutch group Twenty 4 Seven. It was released as the third single from their second album, '' Slave to the Music'' (1993). Unlike previous singles from the album, the song did not feature any raps. The single achieved success on the charts in Europe, but didn't perform on the charts in the US. (" Slave to the Music" and "Leave Them Alone" were their only minor hits there.) Chart performance "Take Me Away" was a major hit on the charts in Europe. "Like Flames" is a song by American band Berlin, released in 1986 as the lead single from their third studio album, ''Count Three & Pray'' (1986). Background Berlin worked with Canadian producer Bob Ezrin on the album. The producer, best known for his work with Alice Cooper and Kiss, gave the record a radically different 1980s pop-rock guitar sound than Berlin's previous releases, which had a more new wave/synth-pop sound. Berlin singer Terri Nunn and their label, Geffen Records, were approving of the change of sound, but it did not sit well with founding member John Crawford and drummer Rob Brill, who wrote the song. Da Buzz is a Swedish Eurodance/pop music group. Members of the group are writers/producers Per Lidén and Pier Schmid and lead-singer Annika Thörnquist. All three are from Karlstad. The band has had a successful career in their native Sweden, with a career spanning seven years, five albums, and 15 hit singles. They have reached #1 twice in their homeland; in 2003 with "Alive" and in 2006 with " Last Goodbye". Cappella is an Italian Eurodance music group formed in 1987 by producer Gianfranco Bortolotti. The act went through a number of line-up changes over the years but was most successful in the early 1990s when it was fronted by British performers Kelly Overett and Rodney Bishop.
