Turín-FESA Fútbol Clube are a Salvadoran professional football club based in San Luis Talpa, El Salvador. History Turín was a football club based in Ahuachapán when it started a co-operation with FESA (Fundación Educando a un Salvadoreño). It then moved to FESA's headquarters at Hacienda Santa Clara, San Luis Talpa. They made their debut as Turín-FESA in the 2009/2010 season. The team is made up of young players, who study at FESA. Following winning the Clausura and Apertura titles in the Terecea Division and achieving promotion to the second division. On June 19, 2015 Turin FESA released a statement saying that they will be changing the name of the club, be changing the owners and the club directors, and be changing the location where the club will playing and based. Tercera Division De Fútbol Salvadoreño
Tercera Division de Fútbol Salvadoreño is the third division of football in El Salvador. The champion is promoted to the Segunda División de El Salvador. The team with the lowest points in each group will be demoted to the amateur league. Structure There are 24 clubs in Tercera Division divided into 4 groups of 10. They play in Apertura and Clausura. The clubs plays every team in each group twice. The top four teams from each group, 16 teams in total, qualify for play-offs to determine the winner of the apertura and clausura title. The winners will be promoted to the Segunda División de El Salvador. Ahuachapán
Ahuachapán () is a city, and municipality, and the capital of the Ahuachapán Department in western El Salvador. The municipality, including the city, covers an area of 244.84 km² and as of 2007 has a population of 110,511 people. Situated near the Guatemalan border, it is the westernmost city in the country and is the center of an agricultural region producing primarily coffee. Santa Tecla, El Salvador
Santa Tecla () is a municipality in the La Libertad department of El Salvador. It is the capital of the department of La Libertad. The Segunda División de El Salvador (Second Division of El Salvador) is the second tier of football in El Salvador governed by the Federación Salvadoreña de Fútbol (FESFUT).
