The T Second Avenue Local is a prospective rapid transit service in the B Division (New York City Subway), B Division of the New York City Subway. It is proposed to run on the Second Avenue Subway in Manhattan and its route symbol will be . The first phase of the Second Avenue Subway opened in January 2017, from Lexington Avenue – 63rd Street (63rd Street Lines), 63rd Street to 96th Street (Second Avenue Subway), 96th Street, and is served by the train. The full Second Avenue Line will be built in four phases, and the planned T service will not run until the third phase of the line opens from Houston Street (IND Second Avenue Line), Houston Street to 63rd Street. Currently, the third phase is not funded or scheduled. Harlem–125th Street (IND Second Avenue Line)
The 125th Street station is an express metro station, station with four tracks and two island platforms. It is the northernmost Manhattan station on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located at Lexington Avenue (Manhattan), Lexington Avenue and East 125th Street (Manhattan), 125th Street (also known as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) in East Harlem, it is served by the 4 (New York City Subway service), 4 and 6 (New York City Subway service), 6 trains at all times, the 5 (New York City Subway service), 5 train at all times except late nights, and the 6d (New York City Subway service), <6> train during weekdays in peak direction.
