Turning Point (2013)
The 2013 Turning Point (also known as '' Impact Wrestling: Turning Point)'' was the tenth Turning Point professional wrestling event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It took place on November 21, 2013 at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida. Unlike the previous events, this event was not aired on pay-per-view (PPV); instead, like Destination X, Hardcore Justice and No Surrender, it was featured as a special edition of TNA's weekly broadcast of ''Impact Wrestling''. Five matches were contested at the event. The main event was a no disqualification match between Mr. Anderson and Bully Ray, which stipulated that if Anderson won the Aces & Eights would be forced to disband and if Bully Ray won, Anderson would have been required to leave TNA. Impact Wrestling (stylized as ''IMPACT! Wrestling''), is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Nashville, Tennessee. It is a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment. Founded by Jeff and Jerry Jarrett in 2002, the promotion was initially known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action (''NWA-TNA'') and was associated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), though not an official member. Bubba Ray Dudley
Mark LoMonaco (born July 14, 1971) is an American professional wrestler, currently signed to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and Impact Wrestling under the ring name Bully Ray. He was previously known as one-half of The Dudley Boyz tag team under the ring name Bubba Ray Dudley during his tenures in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Debuting in 1991, LoMonaco came to prominence when he joined ECW as a member of The Dudley Brothers in 1995. He formed a tag team with D-Von Dudley called The Dudley Boyz, who became eight-time ECW World Tag Team Champions. Impact One Night Only
''One Night Only'' was a series of professional wrestling events held by Impact Wrestling launched in April 2013. The concept was announced on January 11, 2013 by then-Total Nonstop Action (TNA) President Dixie Carter as a part of a change to their pay-per-view programming. Prior to the change, the company held live pay-per-view events monthly. The series consists of events that are taped and released later periodically on pay-per-view, typically on the first Friday of every month, except for the months that featured one of the company's main pay-per-view events. Promoted as individual "specials", the One Night Only series — unlike the live pay-per-view events — were not initially connected to the storylines featured on Impact's flagship television show, nor to each other or the mainline pay-per-view events. Samuel Robert Shaw (born January 17, 1984) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Dexter Lumis. He is also known for his time with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he performed as Sam Shaw and Samuel Shaw from 2010 to 2015. In professional wrestling, the TNA Gut Check (also known as Impact Wrestling Gut Check) was a tryout program turned Indy wrestling rookies reality series by the American professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), now known as Impact Wrestling, as a means of recruiting new talent. James Allen Cox (born June 1, 1977) is an American professional wrestler better known by the ring name James Storm. He is best known for his time in Impact Wrestling. He started his career in 1997 and after working on several independent promotions, he began to wrestle for the newly created NWA Total Nonstop Action promotion. Robert Francis Roode Jr. (born May 11, 1976) is a Canadian professional wrestler signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand. He is currently inactive due to undergoing neck surgery. Roode is known for his 12-year tenure for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). After debuting for TNA as part of Team Canada in 2004, he won the NWA World Tag Team Championship with Eric Young.
