Tuomas Holopainen
Tuomas Lauri Johannes Holopainen (born 25 December 1976) is a Finnish songwriter, record producer and musician, best known as one of the founders and the leader, keyboardist and songwriter of symphonic metal band Nightwish. He has stated that his songwriting is influenced by harmonic film music. Before founding Nightwish, he played in the band Darkwoods My Betrothed. He later recorded an album with them as a full member in 2020. He also collaborated with the gothic metal band For My Pain... and the band of Timo Rautiainen. Holopainen has written several songs that have been included in movie soundtracks, including a collaboration with Nightwish bass player and male vocalist Marko Hietala on "While Your Lips Are Still Red", for the Finnish film ''Lieksa!'' in 2007. Tuomas Aho
Tuomas Aho (born 27 May 1981) is a Finnish former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He made more than 300 appearances in the Veikkausliiga, and had a short stint abroad with Danish Superliga club AGF. Career Early years Aho played youth football for KeuPa, Kumu JT, FC Kouvola and FC Kuusankoski. He made his senior debut for the latter in the 1998 season. He made his debut in the Veikkausliiga on 27 June 1999 for MyPa in a match against FC Jazz. He won the Finnish Cup with the club in 2004. AGF On 23 December 2004, Aho signed with Danish Superliga club AGF after his contract with MyPa had expired. Tuomas Ville Juhana Enbuske (born 22 September 1977) is a Finnish radio and TV presenter and journalist. Enbuske hosted Kiss FM's morning program with Henkka Hyppönen, and was a presenter in the television series ''Far Out'', ''Hyppönen Enbuske Experience'', and ''Tuomas & Juuso Experience''. Since 2007, Enbuske has hosted the debate program/talk show, ''Tuomas Enbuske'' on Yle Radio 1. In September 2008, Yle TV1 started airing ''Epäkorrektia, Tuomas Enbuske!'' Tuomas Kyrö (born June 4, 1974, in Helsinki) is a Finnish author and cartoonist. He has written novels, columns, causeries and plays and drawn comics and cartoons. Kyrö has received a prize from the Kalevi Jäntti Foundation in 2005 and the Young Aleksis Prize in 2006. His novel ''Liitto'' was a candidate for the Finlandia Prize in literature in 2005. Kaiho Tuomas Albin Gerdt (28 May 1922 – 1 November 2020) was a Finnish soldier and Knight of the Mannerheim Cross, numbered #95. He was born in Heinävesi. Gerdt, serving as a junior runner officer in the infantry regiment 7, was awarded the Mannerheim Cross on 8 September 1942. At that time he held the rank of a sergeant. After coming home from the war on 13 November 1944, Gerdt worked as a manager in Oy Wilh. Schauman Ab and as an office manager in Oy Kaukas Ab and Kymmene Oy.Hurmerinta 2008, p. 62. Tuomas Petteri Sammelvuo (born 16 February 1976) is a Finnish professional volleyball coach and former player. He currently serves as head coach for the Canada national team and the Polish PlusLiga team, ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Sammelvuo is still the only Finnish male volleyball player to have won the Champions League (2005). Tuomas Anhava (5 June 1927, Helsinki – 22 January 2001, Helsinki) was a Finnish writer and recipient of the Eino Leino Prize in 1989. Anhava's works closely follow the mold of modernist tradition of Ezra Pound and T. S. Eliot. Anhava was a meticulous poet, always striving for a perfection in his verses. He was obsessed with the method of poetry and had an inclination toward the aesthetics of modern poetry. His Runoja, meaning ''Poems'', came out in 1953. It dealt with alienation and a quest for transcending everyday reality. As if to test himself as well as the technicalities of the modern poem, Anhava wrote the technically difficult poems of 36 runoja ''36 Poems'' in 1958. Tuomas Rannankari (born 21 May 1991) is a Finnish professional footballer who most recently played Veikkausliiga club Ilves. Club career Rannankari came through the youth system at KuPS. He made his first team debut in the 2009 season, during which he played 13 league games. He also played six games and scored his first goal in the Finnish League Cup in the same season. On 22 June 2009, he was signed by FC Twente along with KuPS teammate Petteri Pennanen. A three-year contract was agreed.
