''Tunnel Runner'' is a first person maze game released by CBS Electronics in 1983 for the Atari 2600. It was programmed by Richard K. Balaska Jr. ''Tunnel Runner'' is one of three CBS games for the Atari 2600 with an additional 256 bytes of RAM in each cartridge, a feature promoted by CBS as "RAM Plus." The Atari 2600, initially branded as the Atari Video Computer System (Atari VCS) from its release until November 1982, is a home video game console developed and produced by Atari, Inc. Released in September 1977, it popularized microprocessor-based hardware and games stored on swappable ROM cartridges, a format first used with the Fairchild Channel F in 1976. ''Mountain King'' is a scrolling platform game released by CBS#CBS Toys Division, CBS Electronics in 1983. It was available on the Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari 8-bit computers, ColecoVision, Commodore 64, and VIC-20. Gameplay The player takes the role of an explorer searching a diamond mining, mine and the temple of an ancient civilization. The object of the game is to discover and collect the Golden Crown and take it to the peak of the mountain. The mountain environment is made up of platforms and ladders, with the Perpetual Flame located on the top of the summit. This is where the Golden Crown must be taken. To retrieve the Crown, the player must first collect one thousand points. Diamonds are worth 25 points each and treasure chests are worth 260 points. ''Omega Race'' is a shoot 'em up arcade game designed by Ron Haliburton and released in 1981 by Midway. It is the only arcade game with vector graphics that Midway created. ''Omega Race'' was ported to the VIC-20 and Commodore 64 and published by Commodore in 1982. In 1983, ColecoVision and Atari 2600 versions were released by CBS Electronics. Gameplay Set in the year 2003, the player controls an Omegan Fighter spaceship to destroy enemy droid ships in a rectangular "track." The player's ship is controlled with a spinner to rotate the ship, a button for thrusting, and a button for firing lasers. The enemies that the player must destroy or avoid are drone ships, commander ships, two types of space mines, and shooting star ships.
