Muara–Tutong Highway, ( ms, Lebuhraya Muara–Tutong; Jawi: ليبوهراي توتوڠ-موارا) is a major, inter-district highway in Brunei, and is the main road connecting the Brunei Muara and Tutong districts. It is sometimes referred to as the ''coastal highway'' due to it being mostly parallel to the coastline of Brunei. Speed limits The general speed limit for the entire stretch of the highway is 100 km/h. This limit is reduced to 70 km/h during a rain. Tutong or officially known as Tutong Town ( ms, Pekan Tutong) is a municipality town in Mukim Pekan Tutong Tutong District, Brunei. It is located about from the country's capital Bandar Seri Begawan. Seria () is a town in Belait District, Brunei, about west from the country's capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The total population was 3,625 in 2016. It was where oil was first struck in Brunei in 1929 and has since become a centre for the country's oil and gas industry. Name The name Seria is an acronym for the South East Reserved Industrial Area.
