Cengiz Tuncer (1942 – 7 December 1992) was a Turkish politician who served as the Minister of Transport in the 46th government and 47th government of Turkey, and one of the Ministers of State in the 48th government. Erol Tuncer (born 1938) is a Turkish engineer, bureaucrat and politician who was a member of the Republican People's Party. He briefly served as the minister of construction and settlement in 1977. He was a member of the Turkish Parliament for two terms between 1973 and 1980. Biography Tuncer was born in Bayburt in 1938.
