''31 minutos'' (English: ''31 minutes'') is a Chilean comedy television series and a children's music virtual band created by the production company Aplaplac (owned by Álvaro Díaz, Pedro Peirano and Juan Manuel Egaña) that began to be transmitted on March 15, 2003 by the signal of Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN). The program is a parody to ''60 minutos'', a controversial news program of the same channel, transmitted in the 1970s and 1980s. It focuses on the adventures of the team of a news program of little prestige in which something unexpected always happens, whose presenter is Tulio Triviño. The program's notes are educational and leave an explicit or implicit message, while others are quite ridiculous. In its first period, the series had three seasons, from 2003 to 2005, in addition to a participation for the 2003 Chilean Telethon and a Christmas special that same year. Theodor Antonius Tugai (23 August 1912 – 8 June 2000), better known as Teuvo Tulio, was a Finnish film director and actor. Beginning his career as an actor at the end of the silent film, silent era, Tulio turned to directing and producing in the 1930s. His films are noted for their extremely melodramatic style. is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Club career Born in Palmeira d'Oeste, Brazil to an Italian Brazilian mother and second generation Japanese Brazilian father, Tulio moved to Japan at age 15 to complete his high school studies. After graduation from Shibuya Makuhari High School in Chiba Prefecture in 2001, Tulio joined the J1 League club Sanfrecce Hiroshima. In the opening game of the 2001 season on 11 March, he debuted as substitute defender in the tenth minute replacing the injured Tony Popovic, and scored a goal in the 16th minute. Tulio Botero Salazar, C.M. ( Manizales, 1 March 1904 — Medellín, 1 March 1981), was a Colombian ecclesiastic of the Catholic Church, belonging to the Congregation of the Mission. He was auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Cartagena, first bishop of the Diocese of Zipaquirá and archbishop of the Archdiocese of Medellín. Túlio Humberto Pereira Costa (born 2 June 1969), sometimes simply referred as Túlio or Túlio Maravilha ("Wonder Túlio"), is a former Brazilian international footballer who played as a forward. He played for many Brazilian club teams, such as Goiás, Botafogo, Corinthians, Vitória, Fluminense, Cruzeiro and Vila Nova and several lower-division teams in Brazil. In Europe, he had short-lived career, playing for Sion and Újpest. His best years were while he was at Botafogo, where he was three times the Brazilian top scorer (1989, 1994 and 1995) and won the 1995 Campeonato Brasileiro. Túlio Vinícius Fróes de Melo (born 31 January 1985) is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a striker. Career Early career & Breakthrough (2003–08) Túlio de Melo started his career with Atlético Mineiro, and moved to Europe in 2004 to join Danish top-flight team Aalborg BK on loan. Tulio Demicheli (born August 15, 1914, Buenos Aires, Argentina - d. May 25, 1992, Madrid, Spain) was an Argentina, Argentine film director, born Spanish film director, screenwriter and film producer of the classic era. Born as Armando Bartolomé Demichelli in 1914, Demicheli initially began as a screenwriter in 1944 but by 1950 with his directorial debut in ''Arrabalera (1950 film), Arrabalera'' in 1950 he began to simultaneously direct and write for his films. He directed and wrote for some 60 films between 1944 and 1987. Overall he is best known for his work in Tango (dance), tango film production and worked with popular actors of the period such as Tita Merello, Santiago Gómez Cou and Tito Alonso. Tulio Halperín Donghi
Tulio Halperin Donghi (October 27, 1926 – November 14, 2014) was an Argentine historian. After earning a Ph.D in history and a law degree at the University of Buenos Aires, he taught at the institution's Faculty of Arts from 1955 to 1966. Halperin Donghi then moved to the National University of the Litoral, where he was named dean. He later taught at Oxford University, and became a faculty member of the University of California, Berkeley in 1972. Biography Halperin Donghi was born in Buenos Aires in 1926.
