Sakata is a Bantu languages, Bantu dialect cluster of DR Congo. The dialects are rather divergent: Sakata proper, Djia (Wadia), Bai (Kibay), Tuku (Ketu, Batow). According to ''Glottolog'', it may be one of the Teke languages. References
