District (Republic Of China)
Districts are administrative subdivisions of the Republic of China (Taiwan)'s special municipalities of the second level and provincial cities of the third level formerly under its provinces. Yongning Station
The Taipei Metro Yongning station is a station of the Bannan line located in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. It served as the southern terminal station before the opening of the Dingpu station in 2015. Station layout The two-level, underground station with an island platform and four exits. It is located at the intersection of Zhongyang Rd. and Chengtian Rd. It will be an out-of-station transfer with the Wanda-Zhonghe-Shulin line in 2028. The station's name could be Pitang. Public Art Exhibits of artifacts from nearby Zhanlong Mountain and Tudigong Mountain, which were discovered close to Yongning station, are on display. The theme for the artifacts is "Time & Debris". The two main pieces are called "The Splinter of Time" and "86400". Both pieces seek to express the sensation of time, with "86400" signifying the number of seconds in a day. The Tucheng Station of the Taipei Metro is a station on the Bannan line located in Tucheng District, New Taipei, Taiwan. It will soon be a transfer station with the Wanda–Zhonghe–Shulin line in 2028. Bannan Line
The Bannan or Blue line (code BL) is a metro line of Taipei Metro in Taipei, Taiwan, with a total of 23 stations serving the districts of Nangang, Xinyi, Daan, Zhongshan, Wanhua, Banqiao and Tucheng. The line's name is a portmanteau of Banqiao and Nangang. The entire line runs underground. The excavation of tunnels using the cut-and-cover method resulted in large scale detouring of road traffic. Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), branded as Metro Taipei, is a rapid transit system serving the areas of Taipei and New Taipei City, New Taipei in Taiwan, operated by the State-owned enterprise, government-owned Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, which also operates the Maokong Gondola. Paulownia Park
''Paulownia'' ( ) is a genus of seven to 17 species of hardwood tree (depending on taxonomic authority) in the family Paulowniaceae, the order Lamiales. They are present in much of China, south to northern Laos and Vietnam and are long cultivated elsewhere in eastern Asia, notably in Japan and Korea. It was introduced to North America in 1844 from Europe and Asia where it was originally sought after as an exotic ornamental tree. Its fruits (botanically capsules) were also used as packaging material for goods shipped from East Asia to North America, leading to ''Paulownia'' groves where they were dumped near major ports. The tree has not persisted prominently in US gardens, in part due to its overwintering brown fruits that some consider ugly. In some areas it has escaped cultivation and is found in disturbed plots.
