Tsurumaru Station
is a train station in Yūsui, Aira District, Kagoshima prefecture, Japan. It is operated by JR Kyushu and is on the Kitto Line. Lines The station is served by the Kitto Line and is located 59.0 km from the starting point of the line at . Layout The station consists of a side platform serving a single track. There is no station building at this unstaffed station, only a shelter on the platform for waiting passengers. The access road is at a higher level than the station platform which is accessed by going down a short flight of steps. A bike shed is provided at the station entrance. Yūsui, Kagoshima
is a town located in Aira District, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. As of September 1, 2011, the town has an estimated population of 11,420 and the density of 79.1 persons per km². The total area is 144.33 km². The town was founded on March 22, 2005 from the merger of the towns of Kurino and Yoshimatsu, both from Aira District. "Yūsui" literally means "spring water", referring to springs in the town. The is a railway line on the island of Kyushu, Japan. It connects Yoshimatsu Station in Yūsui, Kagoshima Prefecture with Miyakonojō Station in Miyakonojō, Miyazaki Prefecture. It is also known as together with the – segment of the Hisatsu Line. Between 1916 and 1923 this line was part of the original rail connection from Kokura to Miyazaki, until the opening of the Nippo Main Line.
