Tsuneo Tanaka
(born February 2, 1930) is a Japanese diplomat. He was appointed as Japanese ambassador to the Philippines in 1988. After his retirement, he helped run the humanitarian organization, Global Voluntary Service, and received a Presidential Citation from Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on February 15, 2010. In 2013 President Benigno S. Aquino III of Philippines awarded him with the Order of the Golden Heart with the Grand Cross Grand Cross is the highest class in many orders, and manifested in its insignia. Maria Gloria Macaraeg Macapagal Arroyo (, born April 5, 1947), often referred to by her initials GMA, is a Filipino academic and politician serving as one of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, House Deputy Speakers since 2022, and previously from 2016 to 2017. The Order of the Golden Heart (''Orden ng Gintong Puso'') is an order of the Philippines.
